At KandS Couture, we take utmost care in quality control and packaging to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: 
We do not offer refunds or returns based on:

  • Personal dislike of the product
  • Change of preference
  • Incorrect choice made by the customer
  • Color / design expectations (if product matches description)

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To raise any claim regarding:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defect

You must provide a 360-degree continuous uncut parcel opening video.

Important Guidelines:

  • The video must clearly show the sealed parcel before opening
  • The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous video (no edits or cuts)
    Shipping label must be clearly visible
  • The defect / issue must be clearly shown in the same video

⏳ Claim Window

Any claim must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the parcel.
Claims raised after 3 days will not be accepted.

🚫 Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • Video is edited or cut
  • Video does not show sealed parcel clearly
  • Claim is raised after 3 days
  • Product has been used, washed, or altered
