📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims
To raise any claim regarding:
- Damaged product
- Missing items
- Incorrect product received
- Manufacturing defect
You must provide a 360-degree continuous uncut parcel opening video.
Important Guidelines:
- The video must clearly show the sealed parcel before opening
- The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous video (no edits or cuts)
Shipping label must be clearly visible - The defect / issue must be clearly shown in the same video
⏳ Claim Window
Any claim must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the parcel.
Claims raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
🚫 Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:
- Video is edited or cut
- Video does not show sealed parcel clearly
- Claim is raised after 3 days
- Product has been used, washed, or altered
